About the Opportunity
IRS is a water, fire, and mold mitigation company built on exceptional customer experience and operational excellence. Over the past four years we have grown from 3 locations to dozens of markets by obsessing over service quality, integrity, and professionalism.
The Market Partner role is an entrepreneurial leadership position. You launch a new branch, build the local team, develop referral relationships, and own the performance of the location, with ownership equity in the business you build.
What You'll Do
You'll lead every part of the business, from first call to final invoice, with the full support of the IRS network behind you.
Launch and grow a new IRS branch
Open a new location from day one and build it into a market leader.
Build referral relationships
Develop trust with insurance agents, plumbers, and property managers in your market.
Oversee daily operations
Lead job intake, estimating, scheduling, and production end to end.
Recruit, hire, train, and lead your team
Build a high-performing local team that reflects IRS standards.
Own the location's profit and loss
Drive profitable growth and accountability for every line of the P&L.
Deliver a five-star customer experience

Who We're Looking For
- Strong leadership and relationship-building ability
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable being hands-on early
- A track record in operations, sales leadership, or running a business
- High integrity and the drive to win in a local market
Backgrounds that fit well include operations and general managers, sales leaders, former business owners, military veterans, and corporate professionals ready for a leadership role with ownership upside. Restoration experience is not required; we train the right person.
